Susan Gamble’s artistic practice encompasses and combines the creative arenas of Fine Artist, Musician, Composer and Experimental Filmmaker.

An old grammarian of CGGS, Susan has a Bachelor of Performing Arts  (Vocal Scholarship) MONASH, Bachelor of Fine Art in Drawing (Distinction) RMIT and Master of Arts in Animation and Interactive Media RMIT. She has also undertaken Classical Vocal Studies in Italy after winning The Nino Sanciolo Prize.

Most recently Susan was a recipient of the 2016 Boroondara Arts ‘Party Art Prize’ receiving a grant to exhibition in the historic Kew Court House during their Winter Arts Series. In 2015 Susan was a finalist in the Hawkesbury Art Prize in NSW and received a Highly Commended in the Roberts McCubbin Art Show. In 2014 her life-sized portrait of Opera Australia singer Gary Rowley hung as part of the Archibald Victorian ‘Salon de Refuses’ exhibition at the Hilton. Her works have been exhibited in a variety of galleries, her films have received Victorian Arts Funding, screened in film festivals and her AV works have been projection mapped onto buildings whilst performing live in music and media festivals along the East Coast of Australia.
